Maybe it’s not important to know everything that’s going on inside my head while in the tank. I got to place of not trying to work something out in there, but just breathing and watching thoughts go by. I think that’s what meditation is supposed to be anyway.

Why is it I keep thinking it should be more?

I felt great after today’s 90 minute float.

“It is, you know, whatever.” That quote seems like a good way to approach my time in the tanks.
